Yesterday I worked on the paper pieced Circle of Friends block. All 8 units are sewn and the paper is removed. I switched my purple for a lighter shade. It shows up much better.
Hope to get the sections all assembled this morning. And there is a nearly forgotten Rainbow Scrap Challenge block all cut out. Maybe I'll get that sewn too.
We had a beautiful prairie sunset yesterday, which was in our rear view mirror as we drove to Brookings for a Jackrabbit women's basketball game. Jacks beat Omaha by 93-55. Wowza!
I hope you get to sew that block today, I am going to a quilt show today.
