I haven't completely convinced myself that the light blue outside border is going to stay as is. Maybe, maybe not, or maybe it will become narrower. This turned out bigger than I was expecting - ending up almost 70" square. But I can say that this UFO has been moved from block stage to flimsy stage, and that was one of my April goals.
Another lovely finish!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! I just finished quilting my mom's Loralie quilt and I went to bind it and realized I need fabric to do it. I think I have some that will work, but it was in the kids bedroom and I didn't want to wake them up. So excited to see what you did with the panel.
ReplyDeleteMaybe bind it in the pink? I like the blue border.
ReplyDeleteLove those golfers. I used that fabric to make a auction quilt for a silent auction being held at a women's golf outing to benefit the Komen Fund. The ladies just loved that Loralie fabric. I have a companion print that I just pulled out to work into a project for this year's golf outing along with some golf ball and golf tee fabrics.
