Thanks to a strange knee injury on Sunday evening, there was very little accomplished at all in the sewing room this week. And absolutely nothing RSC related.
Yesterday afternoon I did hobble down to my sewing room for awhile. These 2 blocks (12" finished) are all I managed to finish. Two more are partially sewn, and the final 2 are cut out. These are blocks for this year's Saturday Sampler program. I do think these would make some awesome RSC blocks in the future.
I ordered some fabric online for the grandsons' pillowcases. I've been on the hunt all fall for just the right ones for the 2 oldest. The fabric for the youngest one came from the stash. Now, I just need to spend enough time sewing to actually finish them when that fabric arrives.

A little sewing therapy goes a long way! Gotta love the stars:)
Glad you were able to get some stitching time in. I so get the hobbling down the stairs, though I had to hobble up mine to get to the sewing room. Hopefully you can get in a bit more stitching time this weekend.
You got something done! Is it possible to recruit your daughters to move your sewing room upstairs? I know how much you like to sew.
I'm so sorry you hurt your knee, Sara! Do you need some kind of treatment or physical therapy? Hope it feels better each day. At least you got a little sewing therapy in. Your stars are so pretty!
Sorry to hear about your injury, Sara, but lad you managed a bit of sewing in spite of it!
So sorry to hear about your knee injury. The blocks you did manage this week look great. I agree they would be a fun block to make in a rainbow of colors.
