I finished binding the Zipper quilt last weekend, so I can happily check this one off the UFO list for this year. That makes 2 done, and lots more to go.
Zipper was a Rainbow Scrap Challenge project a couple of years ago, with each block using 2.5" strips. These were really fun blocks. And they can be made bigger or smaller without needing any fancy math skills. That's a win, right? And Zipper will be donated.
Check out more Finishes (or Not) today . . .

Lovely charity quilt, perfect for either a man or a woman. Quilts that can be made without taxing the mind with math skills are the best patterns. Happy stitching!
The zipper blocks are such fun! You're feeling better?
It always feels great to check off "completed' on a quilt. Congrats!
Great scrap buster Sara! Glad you are feeling better.
That's a great finish! I love the fun scrappiness of the Zipper quilts. I made one with two inch strips, but 2.5 inch pieces would get you more quilt for the same amount of work!
Congrats on the finish, Sara! It's such a fun quilt. I'm waiting for thread to quilt mine.
that turned out good
