One little finish

Because hand stitching on binding was something I could easily do while Sophia was sewing last week, there were actually a couple of finishes.

One finish was another doll quilt.  This one is 30" square, made from the extra blocks left over from a quilt project.  My first intention had been to make a big floor pillow from it, but decided it would just be a doll quilt to donate.  Currently it's wrapped around a Bugs Bunny stuffy, but I think it needs a bigger critter so I'll be looking for something else before it's actually donated this fall.

What a sweet way to use the blocks--a lovely doll quilt!

Sweet as a doll quilt! It could be a newborn quilt, too.

Isn't that cute?! I love the bright triangle pieces with the black stars. Are those leftover hunter's star blocks? They made a great little quilt!
