Seeing PURPLE

My assistant seemed a big confused about this little pieced square.  It is a bit boring isn't it?

But with the Twister ruler it became this fun block. And Sammy approved of the change.  The purple and pink squares are all from the stash and the pale purple/white dot was a fat quarter in the stash.  So nothing new was purchased for this. Now - to decide if this will become a pillow or the center of something larger.

Some of the gals at quilt guild must have that ruler. I didn't know that's how it worked...cool:)

I've seen quilts made with the Twister Ruler and watched demos, but have never tried it myself. Do you think the ruler is a good investment?

LOVE it!!! I was just debating purchasing a Twister Ruler this morning. Hmm... perhaps I really SHOULD have added it to my order. You block is ADORABLE!!

Sweet block revision! The new one looks great, but I liked the old one, too.

That ruler is magic! Your transformed block looks wonderful. A whole set of them in rainbow colors would make a great quilt.
