Purple Dresden flimsy


I found just the right purples for borders yesterday over my lunch break, and last night I got them added. So the purple Dresden Plate quilt is now a flimsy. There is a LOT of blank yellow space on this quilt so I think it will need to be quilted with the same variegated thread I used for the applique.


This will make a good donation quilt or maybe a gift. It's child sized - about 50" square.

Oh your quilt looks great with the borders. Those purples just pop on the yellow. Beautiful!

I agree, the purple border fabric is perfect for this quilt. Nice job of crossing this UFO off of your list.

Love the two sizes of blades on you Dresden. Great design on the corners too.

Love all the purples! And those dual blade sizes really add a lot of interest to the Dresdens.
