Snow day sewing

It's a snow day and I have made good use of this little gift of time by sewing.  Note: I could work from home and sometimes do - but chose not to do so today.  And this has been a wonderful "mental health" day.

Here is my 2010 Saturday Sampler top all done and ready for quilting.  I am very pleased with the results.

I've also sandwiched another UFO to prepare for hand quilting.  More on that another time.

It's beautiful! So glad you had a "free" day to get it done. I love snow days.

You have been a busy quilter... I've looked back over the last several posts and you have finished up some beauties. I especially like the cats on ice skates, the Christmas whimsy one, but I love your choices of colors on them all.

It's gorgeous Sara, I can see why you're pleased with it. One of these days I'm going to do a sampler quilt!
