I've often said that star blocks are my very favorite type of quilt block. The Twinkle Star block is a bit fussier to make, but not difficult. And it turns out so pretty. These are for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. So, now there are 8 - 2 blue, 2 teal, 2 orange, and 2 bright green. Time for more "warm" colors to add into the mix in the next months.

I love this star and it does twinkle! So glad you are making those this year. I watched another blogger's twinkle star collection grow last year and put that on my bucket list.
This is such a great block! Block Lotto did them a couple of years ago and I was one of the lucky winners.
The stars are beautiful: I especially like the snowflake fabric in the second one.
