7 little pineapple blocks

There are now 7 of these little 6.5" pineapple blocks made.  Two more to go!  These are paper pieced using charm packs of the colors, and leftover white jelly roll strips.

The pattern calls for 12 but I'm making 9 so the project will be square.  A pillow or a wall hanging?  Either would be cute and I'll decide once this is all put together.

Nice! They would make a cheerful table topper, too.

One needs to work a little slower than what I prefet when useing paper piecing techniques. Love to see the quilts tho at quilt shows. Carol Doak is from our neck of the woods and I was always amazed with her work. Carol started focusing on paper piecing back when it first became fairly popular. Her work is lovely. Back when I knew her, she hand quilted all of her big quilts which were gorgeous. That was just before she taught pp to so many of us quilters. I just wasn’t geared to make anything larger than a wall size one. I like your version of the pineapple block.

That's a cute pineapple block. Can't wait to see what you make out of the blocks.
