Urban Cabin came back from the quilter last week, and now I’m working on the binding.
The quilting is this interesting “window” design in a soft gold thread, and is just perfect. It even shows up nicely on that golden brown backing. I decided to use leftover backing as the binding, and am pleased with how good it looks next to the dark charcoal outer border of the quilt.

I always enjoy the binding process, it's the last chance to enjoy all the hard work that went into a project. Enjoy!
LOVE this color palette. Nice quiltig job makes it exceptionally beautiful!
